I specialize in helping adults navigate trauma, addiction recovery, and complex relationship patterns. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I believe that healing happens when we feel safe enough to tell the truth - and I’m here to help you uncover the parts of yourself that have been hidden, silenced, or pushed aside for survival. Together, we’ll work to reconnect you with your inner strength, self-worth, and the relationships you want and deserve.

 

,As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADC) II, I draw from trauma-informed models including Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, Schema Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Whether you're healing from childhood pain, untangling codependent dynamics, or rebuilding after addiction, I’m here to support your growth with compassion and clarity.
